New number of shares and votes in CTEK

[ Regulatory ] The number of shares and votes in CTEK AB (publ) (”CTEK”) has changed as a result of the issue of shares carried out in connection with the listing of CTEK’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm on 24 September 2021.

Through the new share issue, the number of outstanding shares and votes has increased by 6,383,387, from 42,359,550 to 48,742,937. The share capital has increased by SEK 6,383,387 from SEK 42,359,550 to SEK 48,742,937.
